With over 65% of full service clients have been using our services for 5 years or more a full menu of support services is available with a help desk service as standard for our clients. Established in 2010 in any given week our large team of skilled trades-people and directly employed engineers could be working for 12 clients or more dealing with for example;

  • 25 reactive maintenance works (leaks, faults and weather damage)
  • 5 large scale commercial maintenance projects (decorating, office  and home refurbishment or landscaping)
  • 40 planned maintenance jobs (drain maintenance, electrical checking and boiler maintenance)


Our projects are coordinated by an efficient back office that ensures operations run smoothly and issues arising are dealt with quickly. The 430 Interiors and Maintenance are accredited Investors in People, believe in client centered services. That’s why we set up the Property Maintenance Help Desk to give clients a dedicated customer service team. We design offices, homes, commercial premises, hotels, restaurants and furnish events from the conception stages through the construction phase, as well as relocation into the new premises, where necessary.

The Directors have 15 years’ experience between them in the interior design and project management industry. With this experience we are able to offer the most efficient and exquisite designs. We are small, and can therefore give each client the individual service they require and are able to offer the best prices.
